For those seeking a workspace during their stay, we offer an optional day pass add-on for $25 per day. We recommend reserving this during the booking process as availability is limited. While our guest rooms are not equipped with desks, this exclusive pass provides access to the following amenities:

• Access to the club workspace, featuring worktables, a print center, and office supplies
• Private rooms available on demand
• Exclusive entry to the club bar and lounge
• Members-only events (if scheduled during your stay)
• Priority reservations for the dining room
• Endless pour of drip coffee and tea

The nightly resort fee is $20 + tax ($22.75) and includes the following amenities:

• Two bottles of water per night

We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. Exceptions apply to non-refundable advance purchase rates and special event cancellation policies. Please review your confirmation letter for specific details regarding your reservation.

Upon check-in, we authorize a $100 hold on your credit or debit card for incidentals. Please note, pre-paid debit cards cannot be accepted. The authorization is typically released within 7-10 business days for credit cards, but for debit cards, it may take up to 30 days, depending on your financial institution.

Check-in is at 3:00 PM, and checkout is at 11:00 AM. Early arrivals and late checkouts are based on availability and cannot be guaranteed prior to arrival. Please contact Guest Services upon arrival for assistance.

Yes, the fitness center is open daily from 7:00 AM to 9:30 PM. It is conveniently located on the lower level (elevator to LL) of The Stonebreaker Club and Restaurant building. The fitness center features lockers, exercise bikes, and weight equipment to meet your workout needs during your stay.

No, The Stonebreaker Hotel is a non-smoking property. This policy includes e-cigarettes, vaporizers, hookahs, marijuana, and other smoking devices. Smoking is prohibited in all areas of the property, including guest rooms, balconies, the pool area, The Barn, and all dining areas. Violations of this policy will result in a $250 cleaning fee charged to your account.

We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a smoke-free environment for all our guests.

Dogs receive the VIP treatment when staying at The Stonebreaker Hotel. Please note, we are unable to accommodate cats. Upon check-in with their human companions, our four-legged guests will be welcomed with a swag bag of goodies and can enjoy as many head scratches and belly rubs as they desire from our dog-loving staff.

Dogs are welcome in select rooms only. A non-refundable fee will be added to your reservation per night. Dogs must weigh under 70 lbs, and we allow two dogs per room. Additionally, dogs must be vaccinated against rabies, with proof of vaccination required. Please contact us for inquiries on pet room availability, booking, and further information.

Breakfast is not included in the room rate.

The Restaurant at The Stonebreaker offers an all-day menu, served from 7:30 AM to 1:00 PM. The menu showcases the vibrant flavors of the season, accompanied by Airship Coffee, a locally sourced favorite known for its exceptional quality and taste.

Reservations are recommended but not required at The Restaurant & Bar. To secure your table, please visit OpenTable to make a reservation. Walk-ins are welcome based on availability. We look forward to serving you!

Yes, we offer ADA-accessible rooms with roll-in showers and lowered sinks. For more details, please reach out to us directly.

Yes, all of our guest rooms feature a mini refrigerator drawer conveniently located near the closet. Perfect for keeping your snacks and beverages chilled during your stay!

Guest rooms are not equipped with coffee makers; however, complimentary coffee is available daily at the reception desk from 6:30 AM to 9:30 AM. Guests can also enjoy à la carte breakfast and an all-day menu served daily from 7:30 AM to 1:00 PM. Rollaway beds are available for $25 per night and may only be added to rooms with a king-size bed. Complimentary Pack-N-Play cribs are also available. Both options are provided on a first-come, first-served basis upon arrival. Please note that availability cannot be guaranteed in advance.

Our hotel has a strict policy requiring all guests to be at least 21 years old to check into a guest room. This policy ensures a comfortable and safe environment for all guests and team members while complying with local laws and regulations.

A valid government-issued photo identification card or passport must be presented at check-in, and it must confirm the guest's age to verify eligibility for check-in.

If a guest under 21 years of age plans to travel without a parent or legal guardian, we encourage them to contact us in advance of booking a reservation to discuss any special circumstances. For additional inquiries, please feel free to reach out to us directly.

We do not charge extra for additional guests. Maximum occupancy is 4 per room. 

For room stays, the following taxes apply:

• Washington County: 1.25%
• State of Arkansas: 6.50%
• Hotel/Motel/Restaurant Tax: 2.00% (paid directly to the City of Fayetteville)
• Arkansas Tourism Tax 2.00%

For food and beverage purchases:

• City of Fayetteville: 2.00%
• Washington County: 1.25%
• State of Arkansas: 6.50%
• Hotel/Motel/Restaurant Tax: 2.00% (paid directly to the City of Fayetteville)

For liquor purchases:

• Supplemental Beverage Tax: 5.00% (paid directly to the City of Fayetteville)
• State Mixed Drink Tax: 10.00%
• State Supplemental Beverage: 4.00%

There is also a convenience fee of 0.5% for all card transactions.

The Stonebreaker Hotel is nestled in Fayetteville, within a mile of the University of Arkansas and Donald W. Reynolds Razorback Stadium.

As you drive up Markham Road, you’ll find three key destinations:

1. The First Left: Guests take the first left and then the first right to reach The Stonebreaker Hotel, The Barn at Markham Hill, and guest parking. For over a century, Markham Hill has been a cherished and historic setting, hosting weddings, summer camps, and grazing Highland cattle.

2. Straight Ahead: Continuing straight brings you to The Stonebreaker Club and Restaurant, housed in the newly restored Victorian house, which is located on the left. Parking for the dining and club areas is conveniently located across the street.

Northwest Arkansas National Airport (XNA) is serviced by Delta, American, United, Allegiant and Frontier Airlines, offering easy access to the area. Travel time is approximately 30 to 40 minutes (24.1 miles), depending on the time of day.
