Each beer has been hand-selected by Fossil Cove and paired with a custom dish crafted. From bold brews to vibrant flavors, it’s Fayetteville flavor at its finest.

Sabertooth Saison — Green tea and lime aguachile, hamachi, charred avocado
Blonde Ale — Frozen goat cheese mousse, herb salad, whey and herb oil
Session IPA — Beet and yogurt marinated chicken brochette, beetroot BBQ sauce, lemongrass oil
Oatty Stout — Whole wheat, nori, and oat country bread, cultured butter, roasted oat oil
Hoppy Wheat — Crab Nam Khao, too many herbs, lettuce cups Brown Porter —
Maca root cake, grilled strawberry ice cream, dark chocolate
